Maniteja comes with over 7 years of experience in ASMEP BIM and Knowledge of HVAC, Fire and Plumbing design. He also has good green building design knowledge and is a green building simulations expert. He has been part of many BIM project success stories of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Bridges, Historic, Railways and Airport buildings of both international and domestic origin. Being a certified Autodesk Revit MEP professional and knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting design, conceptual understanding architecture, structural designs and along with his experience of working in multinational and multidisciplinary projects gained him expertise in modelling and coordinating all ASMEP services complying with international standards.
