With more than 25 years of experience in the Industry and having worked with Indian as well as International players, Dharmendra brings value to the Clients in fields of Integrated Design, Implementing BIM methodology, Sustainability. His expertise in the processes to execute large, complex projects of educational, townships, high rise structures, healthcare, commercial and infrastructure sectors has been appreciated by the clients.
He is also well-recognized by clients for having an Owner side vision, Design, Design Leadership, Execution, Cost management and Green buildings.
A Graduate in Civil Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Pune (University of Pune), Dharmendra has further acquired and implemented professional knowledge in the projects through MBA (project Management) and LEED AP (BD+C) of US Green Building Council.

Maniteja comes with over 7 years of experience in ASMEP BIM and Knowledge of HVAC, Fire and Plumbing design. He also has good green building design knowledge and is a green building simulations expert. He has been part of many BIM project success stories of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Bridges, Historic, Railways and Airport buildings of both international and domestic origin. Being a certified Autodesk Revit MEP professional and knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting design, conceptual understanding architecture, structural designs and along with his experience of working in multinational and multidisciplinary projects gained him expertise in modelling and coordinating all ASMEP services complying with international standards. He has been extensively researching on AR, VR, IOT to BIM and FM.
